the staff was approachable on every occasion. they helped us with transport and directions to visit family. we had a comfy night's rest and enjoyed a tasty cooked breakfast the following morning.

The room was very basic and had limited facilities. there was no telephone for room service, it was quite inconvenient. the sofa bed was uncomfortable. It made it difficult for the kids to sleep.

the room was nice and clean. it had everything i needed for my stay. breakfast was included and there was plenty of parking available.

the room wasn't huge, but the size was fine for a night or two. there was no wardrobe to keep my belongings. i thought the location was a bit far from the city center.

poor breakfast cold room

The breakfast was poor. It was the same food every day, and there was no variety at all. there also wasn't a lift, and i saw no porter to help with luggage. the room was cold, and i did not have an undercounter fridge, i found the room not spacious enough to allow free movement?! there was no enclosed wardrobe, i didn't see space for clothes or lockers.

my room was clean, comfy, and well maintained. breakfast had lot of options and it was tasty. the super nice team and friendly to me. it was a treat!

the shower wasn't special and the room was pretty small. i did expect a bit more space to move around in there.
